Bollywood superstar Kareena Kapoor Khan along with boxing champion MC Mary Kom, designer Masaba Gupta, entrepreneur Vineeta Singh, and journalist Faye D-Souza have come together to amplify the Women’s Premier League (WPL) urging everyone to join the biggest ladies` night. In a video shared on Instagram, the women partnered with global sports brand PUMA and emphasised that cricket is everyone’s game.
The post read, “Only 18% of the women who watch men’s cricket, watch our women play. Ladies, we need you to come together and change these numbers. It’s time to celebrate our girls like never before. Join us for the biggest ladies’ night ever on Sunday, 10th March at the Arun Jaitley Stadium as the Delhi Capitals take on the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Let’s make it a night to remember.”
