Alia Bhatt`s maternal grandfather Narendra Razdan, father of actress Nidhi Razdan, has passed away at the age of 93. He was in the hospital in critical condition for the past few days. The actress bade an emotional tribute to her grandpa on Instagram, listing down his achievements. She also said that her grandfather used to play with her daughter, Raha. Read full story here

The 72-year-old actor has now spoken up about the box office hit The Kerala Story, produced by Vipul Shah, which deals with the sensitive issue of ISIS recruitment from Kerala. Speaking about the film while promoting the series Taj: Divided by Blood, Naseeruddin Shah vehemently criticised the Sudipto Sen directorial and said that he has no intention of watching the movie. "Worthwhile films like Bheed, Afwaah, Faraaz, all three collapsed. Nobody went to see them, but they are flocking to see The Kerala Story which I have not seen, and I don’t intend to see, because I have read enough about it," Shah told India Today. A ceremony for the appointment was held on Thursday where RM was officially appointed as a Public Relations Ambassador for the Defense Ministry`s Agency for Killed In Action Recovery & Identification. A day prior, BigHit Music, the label behind the K-pop band, had confirmed to Korea Herald that the BTS leader is set to be officially appointed as an ambassador for the Ministry of National Defense`s Agency for the Recovery and Identification of those Killed in Action.
