She credits her idol Madhuri Dixit-Nene for inspiring her to learn the dance form. Having always been in awe of the Devdas actor, she says, “Every time I’d see Madhuri ji’s songs, dance shows or even posts on social media, I’d look online for Kathak teachers to learn the dance form.”
