For those who don`t know, actor Lakshya was initially supposed to debut with Dostana 2, but that project was shelved. He then had Bedhadak lined up, but that was also canceled.

In a conversation with Indiablooms, Lakshya said, "I was an outsider on paper but I never felt it in the company (Dharma Productions)."

He further talked about his experience with films getting shelved and said, "After my first film (his earlier films with Dharma Productions were delayed and shelved) didn`t work out, I never felt losing the support of the team and company they had shown to me from the very beginning."

Lakshya further stated that he felt like Dharma production always had his back. Talking about the movie, he stated, "Kill just happened and all panned out very well for me."
