Speaking about her home in the city, Daisy said, "I wanted a place where I could be myself. Mumbai has become a concrete jungle, everything is so cramped and it`s difficult to keep your curtains open because everyone is trying to peep into each others houses."

Speaking about the decor she said, "The only colour in my house is of the paintings otherwise it`s very basic, just white and beige."

Daisy adds she is a true blue Vile-Parle girl. She says, "I`ve been born and brought up there, my entire family lives there. I feel like I can walk into anybody`s house and everyone knows me."

Recalling her days as an extra and background dancer in films the actress shared, "I`m a self taught dancer and would give the entire credit to Ganesh Acharya masterji. I was a dancer in his group and then became an assistant. I`ve been an extra, I`ve been a dancer, an assistant and an actor so I`ve done so many things in different studios and I have a lot of memories of each phase of my life."
