Yoga is something that has been keeping the actress calm and composed in this difficult period, "Fitter body happier mind. I did a Shirshasana after a long time and though it was wobbly at the start I'm happy I could comfortably hold it for 1 minute 30 seconds. [sic]"

Shahana Goswami has created a little heaven for herself in her house. "This messy little corner of my living room has become my little universe. I sit here all day - flitting between different books I'm reading simultaneously, watching all the shows and movies with a click of a remote, using this recently purchased little lap table to use my laptop, write in my diary, eat my meals on. The French press gets filled and then emptied, but still lies around, adding to the messy map of my days activities strewn around. [sic]"

On father's day, Shahana shared a peice of her memory with the fans on social media. "Since one has already succumbed to and indulged the other Hallmark created days this year, I'll take the emotional closeness created by social distancing to get the better of me again. To the other half of my creators, to the other half of me, to a friend I found a little later in my life but with whom I have always shared everything, to the man who loves me the most, and for whom I'm willing to be the baby forever. We make a good pair and have an awful lot in common.. must be the genes. Love you Babu. Here's to constantly growing together. [sic]"
