According to one of the founders of Kitchen Garden, it is a place where one can eat out every day, guilt-free because they believe that when it comes to health there is no compromise. The menu posted on the walls of Kitchen Garden offers nutritious choices such as salads with organic kale, sandwiches with a choice of organic multigrain ciabatta and a variety of toppings for salads listed under proteins, non-vegetarian lean proteins, etc. Pic/Pradeep Dhivar
