Aksa Beach: This beach in Mumbai has been a popular filming destination for many film directors over the years. The beach located at Aksa village in Malad, is a popular weekend destination for Mumbaikars. The scenic stretch of the beach is dotted with several private cottages and hotels. Few scenes of hit Bollywood films of the 1980s such as `Sagar` were shot here. The song `Tujhe Aksa Beach Ghuma Doon` from the film `God Tussi Great Ho` starring Salman Khan was shot in Aksa Beach. The beach is accessible from Malad (West) railway station and from Borivali railway station via public transport vehicles, visitors also use private transport to reach the beach. All pics/YouTube
