The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) approached the Bombay High Court on Tuesday seeking extension till January 3 on the stay on an order granting bail to former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh in a corruption case.
The high court said it will hear the CBI`s application on Wednesday.
