In the aftermath of a tragic incident late Thursday night, where a speeding car collided with six parked vehicles at the toll plaza towards Bandra, claiming three lives and injuring several others, Mumbai police has booked the driver of the car, identified as Mohammed Sarfaraz Shaikh.

The incident occurred when the car, traveling at high speed from Worli, collided with a total of six vehicles parked at the toll plaza towards Bandra, news agency ANI reported. “Authorities have invoked Section 304 (2) of the Indian Penal Code in the case against the car driver. Investigations are underway to determine the circumstances leading to the tragic collision."
