A 25-year-old man died after a two-storey commercial building collapsed in Bhiwandi, the officials said. The incident occurred around 3.50 am in the Khadipur locality of Bhiwandi. The deceased, identified as Majid Ansari, was asleep inside the building when it collapsed

Avinash Sawant, regional disaster management cell (RDMC) chief, Thane informed that fire brigade firefighters have carried out a search operation at the site of the incident and have recovered one person`s body and rescued another safely from the site of the incident. Two fire brigade teams rushed to the spot and launched a rescue operation
