The story is about how a citizen science project involving people from different walks of life is helping the #MaharashtraForestDepartment in long-term monitoring of #leopard activity in #AareyForest using camera traps.  The leopard activity data gathered by the team over the years not just helps the #Maharashtra forest department during Human-Wildlife Conflict incidents but also showcases the extraordinary story of coexistence in the forests of #Mumbai which has one of the highest density of #leopards anywhere in the world.
