Siddi Tribal community leader Hirbai Ibrahim Lobi was conferred with the Padma Shri award on March 22. She worked for the upliftment and development of the Siddi tribal community. President Murmu conferred Padma Awards 2023 at Civil Investiture Ceremony-I at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The central government announced a total of 106 Padma Awards across categories.
