Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday said that people are now fed up with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann ki baat'. He also said that whatever PM Modi had promised during general election is not being fulfilled and more or less he is repeating those thing which has no benefit for the nation.
