As the Nagaland ambush resulted in the killing of 15 people, including one security personnel, several organisations in the state called for a total bandh across Naga-inhabited regions. The Naga Students’ Federation also appealed Naga residents to avoid any sort of festivities, and observe a 5-day-mourning, with effect from December 6.
