Indian Contingent took part in the Bastille Day Parade. July 14, 2023 will be etched in the history of India-France relations. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at historic Champs-Elysees in Paris for the Bastille Day Parade. Champs-Élysées was coloured in red, blue and white- colours of the French Flag. French President Emmanuel Macron inspected the Guard of Honour by the French Tri-Services. PM Modi was invited to France as the ‘Guest of Honour’ for the Bastille Day Parade. He was received by the French First Lady Brigitte Macron and French PM Élisabeth Borne. India and France are celebrating 25 years of their strategic partnership.
