He took oath after Hemant Soren`s arrest over alleged involvement in land scam case. RJD`s Satyanand Bhokta took oath as a minister in the Jharkhand cabinet. The incumbent Bharatiya Janata Party-led government has been ousted, and Congress is set to form the new government in Karnataka.
