Akshay Kumar`s `Sarfira` has finally been released in theatres. Co-starring Paresh Rawal and Radhikka Madan, with a cameo by south superstar Suriya, ‘Sarfira’ is an official remake of the 2020 Tamil movie `Soorarai Pottru`. Following a preview for the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), a special screening for family and friends was held in Delhi, and it left a pretty positive impression on the audience. Directed by Sudha Kongara, the movie is about a common man’s ambition to start his own airline. The Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar is often considered as one of the most bankable stars in showbiz.

The first phase of the Lok Sabha election 2024 is underway in 102 parliamentary constituencies on April 19. To exercise their right to franchise, Tamil cinema cast their votes in Tamil Nadu as polling began for all 39 seats. Tamil superstars including Rajinikanth, Ajith, Dhanush, Vijay Sethupathi, Vijay, Suriya, and Karthi registered their vote.
